Important Note: We provide consulting services and are not a certification or accreditation body. Certificates are issued by internationally accredited certification bodies.

3. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Cooperate with the consulting team
  • Provide necessary access to information and facilities
  • Adhere to agreed timelines
  • Pay dues on their scheduled dates

4. Payment and Billing

  • Prices are determined in the service agreement
  • Prices do not include VAT (15%)
  • Payment is made according to the schedule in the contract
  • Late payment may result in service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and designs, is the property of Wadi Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws.

Documents and templates provided to clients become their property after full payment, while we retain intellectual property rights to the methodologies and approaches used.

6. Confidentiality

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client. We will not share any confidential information with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee specific outcomes from certification bodies.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the contract with the client.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice according to the terms specified in the contract. Upon termination, the client is obligated to pay all dues for services rendered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from them shall be resolved in accordance with the judicial procedures in effect in the Kingdom.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
